Duncan graduated from Northeastern University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Affairs. Following graduation, he served for eight years as a Navy SEAL in the United States Navy, where he developed deep leadership expertise, operational discipline, and advanced problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.

At TWS, Duncan is driven by a passion for creating tailored, results-driven solutions that align closely with each client’s unique goals. His commitment to earning and retaining trust is central to his approach, ensuring that every engagement is handled with integrity, clarity, and excellence.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Duncan serves on the Board of the Little Sparks Project and remains active with the Navy SEAL Foundation, supporting causes close to his heart.

He and his wife, Ashley, live in Westwood, MA, where they are raising their daughter, Camila. Outside the office, Duncan enjoys fitness, golf, reading, and exploring opportunities in real estate.
